A Living Diary

 The writing and art in Living Diary was developed by girls in the King County Juvenile Detention facility and by girls participating in Powerful Voices' DYVAS (Develop Your Voice and Speak) 2005 summer employment program. The Living Diary project was funded in part by the Neighborhood Matching Fund Program of the Seattle Department of Neighborhoods. Powerful Voices wishes to thank Silja Talvi for her dedication and time spent writing, teaching, and editing this book.
