facilitates Powerful Voice’s employment programs, including Activistas and DYVAS, in which participants learn and practice employment skills while engaging in creative and critical dialogue and projects around social justice topics.

manages the PV Radio program, using the power of recorded word to build a platform for sharing and working through issues facing girls of color and gender expansive youth in a modern society.

manages Powerful Voices’ internal and external communications. Ziya also guides Powerful Voice’s engagement with community through intentional relationship-building, supporting and uplifting community work and events, and organizing fun, creative opportunities that bring people together.

supports the Powerful Choices program where middle school girls and gender expansive youth can explore the power, identity, and dynamics of their voice while building relationships. Jennifer serves as a liaison and support in Healing Justice for all Powerful Voices staff and programs.
